Peel all the apples. Using the apple corer, core all the apples.

Slice the apples crosswise into ¼”-thick rings. If desired, fill a bowl with cold water and lemon juice and add the apple rings as you slice them to prevent them from browning.

Arrange apple slices in a single layer in the June Air Basket. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.

Slide the June Air Basket into the middle shelf position with a foil-lined June Air Basket in the bottom shelf position. Dehydrate for 10 hours, until the apples are dried and pleasantly chewy. June will notify you when the apples are ready. If desired, follow on-screen instructions to continue cooking.
