Roast the bacon
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Roast the bacon until it's cooked to your preference, about 12 minutes. June will notify you when the bacon is ready. If desired, follow directions on your June Oven to continue cooking.

Add the bacon fat to the Brussels sprouts
Place the Brussels sprout halves in a large bowl. When the bacon is done cooking, carefully pour the rendered bacon fat over the Brussels sprouts.

Toss the Brussels sprouts
Using a wooden spoon, toss the Brussels sprouts in the bacon fat until evenly coated.

Place the Brussels sprouts on the June Pan
Remove the bacon from the pan and spread Brussels sprouts on the June Pan in an even layer. Set cooking preferences using the button below.

Roast the Brussels sprouts
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Roast the Brussels sprouts until they are cooked to your preference, about 15 minutes. June will notify you when the Brussels sprouts are ready. If desired, follow directions on your June Oven to continue cooking. Remove the cooked Brussels sprouts from the June Oven and set aside.
Chop the bacon
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, chop the bacon into ½" pieces with kitchen shears or a knife.

Assemble the final dish
Combine the Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon and spiced pecans in a large bowl.

Garnish
Sprinkle the sprouts with the salt, pepper and paprika. Zest the lemon directly into the bowl and toss to combine.
