Season the chicken breasts
Place the chicken breasts on the June Pan. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken.

Insert the June Food Thermometer into the thickest part of the larger chicken breast. Set cooking preferences using the button below.

Position the chicken
With tongs, place the chicken breasts on the hot grill. Carefully plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Close the door. June will notify you when the chicken is ready to flip.

Flip the chicken
Open the door. Working carefully, use tongs to flip each chicken breast. Close the door. June will notify you when the chicken is done.
Rest and serve
With protected hands, unplug the June Food Thermometer from the jack. Using tongs, transfer the chicken from the grill to a chopping board. Let the chicken rest 5 minutes. Serve and slice as desired.
