Shape the patties and set them on the June Roasting Rack
With your hands, scoop half of the burger mixture from the bowl and shape it into a patty. Place the patty on the June Roasting Rack set within the June Pan. Repeat with the remaining half of the burger mixture so there are two patties of equal size and shape. It may be helpful to lightly oil the June Roasting Rack with nonstick cooking spray before placing the patties on the rack.
