Preferences
Season the salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the June Roasting Rack set in the June Pan. Drizzle the oil on the salmon and sprinkle it with the salt and pepper.

Horizontally insert the June Food Thermometer into the center of thickest part of one fillet. Set cooking preferences using the button below.

Roast the salmon
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf in the June Oven. Plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Roast the salmon until cooked through. June will notify you when the salmon is ready.

Garnish and serve
Remove the salmon from the June Oven and transfer the fillets to plates or a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped herbs, if using, and serve immediately.
