Place the potatoes on the June Air Basket. Horizontally insert the June Food Thermometer into the geometric center of the largest potato.

Coat with cooking spray
Lightly coat the potatoes with nonstick cooking spray. The oil will help crisp the potato skin.

Air fry the potatoes
Slide the June Air Basket into the middle shelf position with a foil lined June Air Basket in the bottom shelf position. Plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Air fry the potatoes until the flesh is soft and the skins are crispy, about 50 minutes. June will notify you when the potatoes are ready.

Serve
Carefully remove the potatoes from the June Oven. Let cool slightly and serve. Slice open and dress with butter, salt and pepper to taste.
