Preheat the June Oven
With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 350°F on the Bake setting using the button below.

Prepare the June Pan
Cover the June Pan with parchment paper.

Add the honey to the brie
Place the brie on June Pan and drizzle it with the honey.

Bake the brie
Transfer the brie to the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the brie for 8 minutes, or until the honey has spread and caramelized and the brie is gooey in the middle. June will notify you when the brie is ready. If desired, follow directions on your June Oven to continue cooking.
Serve the brie
Remove the brie from the June Oven and transfer it to a platter, or serve it directly off of the June Pan. Cut wedges from the wheel to serve.
