Preferences
Place the fish on the June Pan
Arrange the fish on the June Pan in a single layer with space between each fillet. Drizzle with the olive oil.

Add salt
Sprinkle the salt evenly over the fish.

Add pepper
Sprinkle the pepper evenly over the fish.
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Horizontally insert the June Food Thermometer into the center of the thickest part of one of the fillets.

Bake the fish
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven and plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Bake the fish until it's cooked through and flakes easily, about 11 minutes. June will notify you when the fish is ready.

Garnish and serve
Remove the fish from the June Oven and transfer the baked fillets to serving plates. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon juice, if using, and serve immediately.
