Preferences
Preheat the June Oven
With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 350°F on the Bake cook mode using the button below.

Grease the pan
Evenly rub the butter along the bottom and sides of the baking pan. Dust the pan with the flour and shake to coat the pan. Tap out any excess flour.

Start the batter
Place the melted butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

Add the vanilla and eggs
Add the vanilla and eggs and beat the batter until it is evenly mixed, scraping down the sides of the bowl.

Add the dry ingredients
Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until thoroughly combined.

Add the mix-ins
Add the chocolate chips and pecans, if using, and mix until they are evenly distributed.

Transfer the batter to the pan
Spread the batter evenly in the greased baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake the blondies
Place the blondies on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake 25 minutes, until the blondies are set. June will notify you when the blondies are ready.
Remove the blondies from the June Oven
Remove the blondies from the June Oven and place them on a wire rack to cool completely in the pan. Cut the blondies into 2" squares in the pan before serving or storing.
