Preferences
Trim and peel the potatoes
Cut the ends off the potato with a knife and peel.

Cube the potatoes
Cut the potato into ¾" pieces.
Place the potatoes on the June Pan
Transfer the potatoes to the June Pan and spread them in a single layer.

Make the oil-sugar mixture
Place the sugar, salt, oil and vanilla in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add the oil-sugar mixture to the potatoes
Drizzle the oil-sugar mixture over the potatoes.

Toss to coat
Toss the potatoes and oil-sugar mixture together with your hands or a spatula until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Add the butter
Dot the potatoes with the butter, distributing the cubes evenly.

Bake the potatoes
Place the sweet potatoes on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the potatoes for 17 minutes, until soft and caramelized. June will notify you when the sweet potatoes are ready.
