With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 425°F on the Bake cook mode using the button below.

Mix the sauce
In a small bowl, stir together the sesame oil, tamari, sugar, salt and white pepper.

Season the cauliflower
Place the riced cauliflower on the June Pan. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat the cauliflower in the sauce.

Roast the cauliflower
Transfer the June Pan to the middle shelf of the June Oven. Roast the cauliflower until tender, 8 minutes. June will notify you when the cauliflower is ready. Follow onscreen instructions to continue cooking if desired.
Soften the aromatics
While the cauliflower cooks, prepare the vegetables. In a small skillet, heat the canola oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and white parts of the green onion. Cook until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.

Add the vegetables
Add the frozen vegetables to the skillet and stir to coat in the aromatics. Season with the salt and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 2 more minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer the vegetables to a medium bowl or serving dish.

Finish the cauliflower fried rice
Remove the cauliflower from the June Oven. With a rubber spatula, scrape the cauliflower rice into the medium bowl with the vegetables. Drizzle with the sesame oil and tamari, and toss to combine.

Serve
Transfer the cauliflower fried rice to bowls and garnish with the green parts of the green onion. Serve hot.
