Prepare the pasta
Add the spaghetti to the June Pan and pour the water over the pasta. Add the sesame oil and stir gently to combine. Spread the pasta evenly in the pan, ensuring that all the spaghetti is submerged under the water so it cooks evenly.

Cook the pasta
Transfer the pan to the middle shelf of the June Oven. Cook the pasta 20 minutes, until it is cooked to al dente (cooked through but slightly firm to the bite). June will notify you when the food is ready. There will still be some water remaining in the June Pan. If desired, follow on-screen instructions to continue cooking.

Combine the sauce ingredients
While the pasta is cooking, add the tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, chili garlic paste, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Whisk the sauce until smooth and combined.
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1½ teaspoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon chili garlic sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
large bowl
whisk
Toss the pasta
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately transfer the entire contents of the pan to the large bowl containing the sauce. Use the tongs to toss and stir the pasta until a smooth, creamy sauce forms and starts to coat the noodles. The sauce will seem very thin, but will thicken and cling to the noodles as it cools.

Cool the sesame noodles
Let the noodles cool, tossing occasionally, until the noodles and sauce are room temperature and the sauce has thickened to coat the noodles. Alternatively, cool the noodles in the refrigerator until cool, tossing occasionally to ensure the noodles do not clump together. If the sauce seems too thick, add a tablespoon of water and toss to loosen the noodles and sauce. Repeat until the sauce is the desired consistency.
Add the sesame seeds
When the noodles are at your desired temperature for serving, add the sesame seeds and toss once more to combine.
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Serve
Transfer the cooled noodles to serving bowls and add the cilantro, cucumber, and bell pepper on the side. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve cool or at room temperature.
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 cup sliced cucumbers
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
½ cup thinly sliced bell pepper
