Pat the peach slices dry with paper towels.

Place the peach slices in the Air Baskets
Generously spray both June Air Baskets with nonstick cooking spray. Spray over the June Pan or over the sink. Divide the peach slices between the June Air Baskets, leaving room between the slices for air to flow freely.

Dehydrate the peach slices
Slide the June Air Baskets into the middle and top shelf positions. Dehydrate the peach slices 8 hours, until they are firm and chewy but still slightly sticky. June will notify you when the peach slices are ready.
June Oven
Serve the peach slices
Remove the June Air Baskets from the June Oven. Allow the dried peach slices to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
