Preferences
Remove the stems
Slice the stem off each strawberry, creating a flat top. Discard the stems.

Slice the strawberries
With the flat-side down on the chopping board, cut each strawberry into ¼”-thick slices. Evenly distribute the strawberry slices between 2 June Air Baskets. Confirm 2 Air Baskets using the button below. Recommended settings are prepopulated.

Dehydrate the strawberries
Slide the strawberries into the middle and top shelf positions with a foil-lined June Air Basket in the bottom shelf position. Dehydrate for 10 hours, until the slices are dried and crisp. June will notify you when your strawberries are ready.

Serve or store
Remove the June Air Baskets from the June Oven. Use the strawberry slices immediately, or store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
