Chop the chives
Finely chop the chives until you have ¼ cup.
½ bunch chives
Start the dip
Place the Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Add the chopped caramelized onions and chives.
2 cups Greek yogurt

Add the seasonings
Add the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
