Season the shrimp
Place the shrimp on the June Pan. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the shrimp. Toss to coat.

Insert the June Food Thermometer
Insert the June Food Thermometer into the thickest part of the largest shrimp.

Position the shrimp
With protected hands, slide the shelf and hot griddle slightly out of the June Oven. With tongs, place the shrimp on the hot griddle. Plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Close the door. June will notify you when the shrimp are done.

Remove
With protected hands, unplug the June Food Thermometer from the jack. Using tongs, transfer the shrimp from the griddle to a clean June Pan, serving platter or bowl.
Serve
Serve hot.
