Preheat the June Oven
With the Enameled Cast Iron Grill/Griddle on the bottom shelf with the ridged side up, preheat the June Oven for the Grilled Pork Chop Cook-Program using the button below.

Prepare the pork chops
Place the pork chops on the June Pan. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the pork.

Insert the June Food Thermometer
Insert the June Food Thermometer into the thickest part of the larger pork chop. Set cooking preferences using the button below.

Position the pork and begin grilling
With tongs, place the chops on the hot grill. Carefully plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Close the door. June will notify you when the pork is ready to flip.
Flip the pork chops and finish cooking
Open the door. Working carefully, use tongs to flip each pork chop. Close the door. June will notify you when the pork is done.

Remove, rest and serve
With protected hands, unplug the June Food Thermometer from the jack. Using tongs, transfer the pork from the grill to a chopping board. Let the pork chops rest 5 minutes. Serve and slice as desired.
