Preheat the June Oven
With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 275°F on the Bake setting using the button below.

Combine the dry ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, salt, nuts, chia seeds and coconut.

Add the wet ingredients
Add the maple syrup and oil to the bowl and mix with a spatula until evenly coated.

Spread on the June Pan
Spread the granola in an even layer on the June Pan.

Bake the granola
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the granola 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. June will notify you when to stir the granola and when it is ready.
Cool the granola
Remove the June Pan from the June Oven. Allow the granola to cool completely on the June Pan.
Garnish and serve
Mix in the raisins, if using. Serve or store in an airtight container.
