Preferences
Make the seasoning
In a large bowl, mix the poultry seasoning, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix with a spatula to form a paste.

Season the pork
Add the pork to the bowl and use your hands to rub the seasoning all over the surface of the pork.

Season the butternut squash
Add the butternut squash to the June Pan. Drizzle with the olive oil, then add the dried sage, salt and pepper. Toss until the squash is fully coated. Push the squash pieces to the perimeter to make room for the pork.

Add the pork
Remove the pork from the bowl and place it in the middle of the June Pan.

Horizontally insert the June Food Thermometer into the tenderloin so the tip is in the geometric center of the meat. Select cooking preferences using the button below.

Roast the food
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven and plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Roast until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked to your preference, about 25 minutes. June will notify you when the food is ready.

Rest and serve the pork
Remove the food from the June Oven and transfer the pork to a chopping board. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice the pork into ½”-thick coins and serve with the squash.
