Prepare the June Pan
Coat the June Pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Prepare the bread
Spread a thin layer of butter on 1 side of 1 slice of bread. Place the bread buttered-side down on the prepared pan. Repeat with the other 3 slices of bread.

Add the Russian dressing and mayonnaise
Spread the Russian dressing on 2 of the slices of bread, dividing it evenly between them. Spread the mayonnaise on the other 2 slices of bread, dividing it evenly between them.

Add the Swiss cheese
Add 1 slice of Swiss cheese to each of the 2 slices of bread with the mayonnaise.

Add the remaining Swiss cheese and sauerkraut
To the slices of bread with the Russian dressing, add the remaining 2 slices of cheese. Add the sauerkraut on top of the cheese, dividing it evenly between the 2 slices of bread. Set cooking preferences using the button below. Recommended settings are prepopulated.

Cook the sandwiches
Place the pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Cook the sandwiches about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauerkraut is hot. June will notify you when the sandwiches are ready. If desired, follow on-screen directions to continue cooking.

Close the sandwiches
Remove the pan from the oven and set it on a cooling rack. Close the sandwiches so the cheese is enclosed in the sandwich. Press down firmly.

Serve the sandwiches
Slice each sandwich in half. Serve hot.
