Preferences
Dry and season the chicken
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the Old Bay all over the chicken.

Insert the June Food Thermometer
Place the chicken skin-side up on the June Roasting Rack set in a June Pan. Insert the June Food Thermometer horizontally into the middle of the thickest part of the largest chicken thigh, avoiding the bone.

Roast the chicken
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Roast the chicken until it is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown, about 35 minutes. June will notify you when the chicken is ready.

Serve the chicken
Carefully remove the chicken from the June Oven. Transfer the chicken to a platter and serve immediately.
