Add the batter to the pan
Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.
Bake the cake
Place the pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the cake 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. (Your cake will need more time to bake than the box calls for due to the additional ingredients.) June will notify you when the cake is ready. If desired, follow directions on your June Oven to continue cooking.
Rest, unmold and serve
Remove the cake from the June Oven. Invert a heat-proof plate or cake stand over the top of the round baking pan. Flip the plate and pan over together so the pan is upside-down on the plate or stand. Leave the pan over the cake for at least 5 minutes so the topping can soak into the cake. Remove the pan. Allow the cake to cool at least 10 minutes. Serve warm.
