Make the ranch seasoning
In a small bowl, whisk the dry buttermilk, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until combined. Store all but 3 tablespoons in an airtight container for future use. Note: stir the seasoning before each use to redistribute the herbs and spices.

Make the burger mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork, Parmesan, beaten egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and remaining 3 tablespoons of ranch seasoning. Gently mix the burger mixture with your hands until it is thoroughly combined.

1 pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs

Shape the patties
With your hands, scoop about one quarter of the burger mixture from the bowl and shape it into a patty at least ½” thick. Place the patty on the June Roasting Rack set within the June Pan. Repeat until there are 4 patties of equal size and shape staggered on the June Roasting Rack (as shown on the June Oven tool tip).
