Preheat the June Oven
With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 375°F on the Bake cook mode using the button below.

Cut and drain the tofu
Turn the block of tofu so it's resting on its side. Cut the tofu in thirds. Let the 3 slabs drain on paper towels for 5-10 minutes.

Slice the fries
Slice the tofu slabs into ½" wide strips.
Start the coating
Place the corn starch in a large bowl. Add the salt and pepper to the bowl.

Mix the coating
Sprinkle in the paprika and whisk until the coating is evenly combined.

Coat the tofu
Add the tofu fries to the bowl. Toss the tofu fries until they are evenly coated.
Grease the June Pan
Lightly grease the June Pan with nonstick cooking spray or canola oil.

Place the fries on the June Pan
Evenly arrange the tofu fries on the June Pan.
Bake the fries
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the fries 15 minutes, until they are brown and crisp. June will notify you when to flip the fries.
Flip the fries
When June notifies you, remove the pan from the oven and set on a heat proof surface or cooling rack. Keep the oven hot using the button below. Using a flip spatula, flip over the fries.

Finish baking the fries
Return the pan to the oven and cook the fries 15 more minutes, until they are brown and crispy on both sides. June will notify you when the fries are ready. If necessary, follow on-screen instructions to continue cooking the fries.
Serve the fries
Remove the tofu fries from the June Oven. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
