Preferences
Cut the butter
Remove the appropriate amount of butter from the refrigerator and cut into small pieces. Place the butter, defrosted peas, tuna, and Monterey Jack cheese in a medium bowl and set aside until ready to use.

Mix the cheese sauce
Measure the appropriate amount of milk into a liquid measuring cup or small bowl. Add the cheese sauce packet, and stir until all the cheese powder is moistened. Add the sour cream, white wine vinegar, ground mustard and pepper. Stir until combined. The sauce will thicken significantly once the vinegar is added, this is expected.

Start the macaroni
Add the macaroni to the June Pan and pour the water over the macaroni. Add the canola oil and stir. Spread the pasta evenly in the June Pan, ensuring all the macaroni is submerged under the water so it cooks evenly.

Cook the macaroni
Transfer the pan to the middle shelf of the June Oven. Cook 15 minutes, until the pasta is cooked through and most of the water has evaporated. June will notify you when the food is ready. There will still be some water remaining in the pan. If desired, follow on-screen instructions to continue cooking.

Add the mix-ins and cheese sauce
Remove the pan from the oven and set on a cooling rack or heat proof surface. Keep the oven hot using the button below. Immediately add the butter pieces, peas, tuna, and Monterey Jack cheese to the pan. Add the cheese sauce. Stir gently until the butter is melted and everything is evenly coated in the sauce. Once mixed, gently spread the macaroni and cheese back across the pan.

Add the crackers and reheat
Evenly distribute the cracker crumbs over the top of the macaroni and cheese. Transfer the pan to the middle shelf of the oven. Heat the food 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the food is very warm. June will notify you when the food is ready. If desired, follow on-screen instructions to continue cooking.
